SHIPPING & RETURNS


Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected]

Logistics:
Orders will be shipped with DHL,UPS,TNT,ARAMEX or local deliver company. Full tracking will be provided on despatch.
Deliveries usually take 5-10 working days to arrive, depending on destination. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in local.(We have our own warehouses in the following countries: USA, Canada, Russia, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands,Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Hungary, Croatia, Lithuania, Greece, Latvia, Portugal, Slovakia, Ireland, Slovenia, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Latvia, Denmark, Estonia, UAE, Australia, New Zealand)
There is no shipping charge for orders from the above countries.

Please note there are delays across the delivery network and parcels are taking longer to arrive at present. 
Please allow 14 days from dispatch before contacting us.

Parcels Returned to Sender
If any parcels are returned to sender because they have not been collected from the local pick up point in the specified time, or the package is refused, a charge of $29.50 per package will be made for each return. This will be deducted from the refund issued for the returned goods.


Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Changed your mind?

We provide a 14 day cooling off period if you want to return your product unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging and be in a condition suitable for resale. Should you choose to return your new product, you will only have to pay for the return of your board; either at your own cost or we can deduct a cost of $80 (per package) from your refund and arrange a collection. 

Please note this is for standard Metro addresses only, higher charges may apply to addresses in Remote areas, where our courier will charge more to collect from. We can obtain a quote - Please check with us at the time of your return enquiry. 

Please note; although our official policy is 14 days, we do appreciate that given the nature of Paddleboarding, the boards can be packed away and not used until a long time after purchase. Therefore if the board is in new condition we may agree to returns on purchases made outside the 14 days on a discretionary basis. Our decision on this will be final and is non-negotiable.

If there is a fault with the item, this will be dealt with under the warranty. Please contact us for the return address and instructions.

Something wrong?
If you have received the wrong item, please let us know straight away so we can get this resolved!
Whilst we do take care to pick and pack what you have ordered, we are human and sometimes make mistakes.

We will cover return costs on the rare occasion this might happen. 

Something not working?
We do provide a 1 year manufacturing warranty, so if something is not working as expected, please let us know. It could be that there is a knack to getting it working right - or it could be a fault. Providing a few details will help us work this out and help you get back out on the water paddling quickly.

Refunds?
We usually accept returns within 5 business days of their arrival at our logistic center.During peak times it could take up to 7 business days.
